EVERY SUNDAY AT 13.00
- when there are no teachings -
AT THE GULINA CENTRE
Due to the construction of the Temple,
the usual Sunday's Practice
will not take place.
1. Shine Meditation
Meditation is an exercise of the whole being, which involves the body, the individual mind and the universal spirit. Thanks to meditation we discover what is and what is not, and we can free ourselves from the dissatisfactions of ordinary existence.
Among the many meditation techniques in Tibetan Buddhism, Shine -mental pacification based on the awareness of breathing- allows us to develop diligent attention and gradually leads our spirit to its natural state of stability, openness and clarity.

2. Chenresi practice
Chenresi shows us the compassionate aspect of Buddha, which is the Compassion of the totally illuminated Mind. Going deeply into this experience frees us from all the doubt and suffering which spring from personal karma. A new experience of union with others arises from the discovery of the interconnection which exists between all beings.
